Shining example of high speed productivity 1 May, 2014

The Orbis UHS 1500 from Truvox International Ltd and manufactured on site in the UK, is an ultra-high speed single disc burnisher that delivers outstanding results. With straight line operation for maximum productivity, it is ideal for locations such as food processing plants, hospitals, shopping centres, airport concourses, leisure centres and supermarkets.

Its lower profile casing, with built-in floating pad assembly, ensures greater accessibility and full pad contact with the floor. The machine features a centre guide wheel for up-to-the-edge burnishing and its design, incorporating an adjustable handle, makes it easy and comfortable to use, helping operatives on long cleaning shifts, or who have large expanses of flooring to clean.

A built-in passive dust control system engages when the machine is switched on, bringing the pad and vacuum skirt down to the floor. Suction then causes a vacuum that lifts dust from the floor and directs it into a removable cloth bag, housed at the rear of the machine.

Available in 43cm or 50cm working widths, the Orbis UHS 1500 delivers a higher gloss finish than traditional high speed machines, working on a wide range of hard floor surfaces including wood/parquet, terrazzo, granite, marble, resilient/Pirelli and vinyl.
