At Truvox, we’re always aiming to improve the support our customers receive, and the resources that are available to you. Here’s a breakdown of what’s at your fingertips, and improvements we’re working on.
PRODUCT PAGES
Most of the resources and information you’ll need about your floor cleaning machine will be located on the product pages of the website. We’ll use the Orbis eco as an example.
Accessories – Do you need a replacement part or an optional accessory? Can’t remember its part number or description? This tab shows all the available accessories for your machine, including the part number and description. When you contact us about the accessory, simply quote the part number.

Product Downloads – If you need a technical specification, user manual or sales literature for your floor cleaning machine, here’s the place to find it. Under the product downloads tab will be all the information about the product, including a parts list and much more.
FAULT FINDING GUIDES
If you are having issues with your machine, simple fault finding guides are available for end users to identify and possibly rectify the issue, minimising down time and saving you money. You can also find these on the product downloads tab.
FAQ
The FAQs page on our website has been designed to answer your queries with the click of a button. From general questions about ordering products, to queries about individual machines – it’s all there! You can filter the FAQs by category to easily find the answer to your question.

COMING SOON - MAINTENANCE VIDEOS
As well as 'How To' videos, you'll soon be able to view 'Maintenance' videos. These videos show how to undertake the necessary daily maintenance for your machine to maximise its life and avoid damage. If problems occur with your machine, you'll also be able to watch basic troubleshooting checks before contacting your local service agent.
